Calcined gypsum (CaSo4 1/2 H2O) evaporating crystallized water heated about 200℃ as raw material, mix with water adding admixtures, put between strong board papers, then reduce to gypsum in stable status to a plate form.

Fire Safety

Originally, gypsum does not burn
from fire, water particle combined
chemically to gypsum crystal
blocks fire expansion and temperature
increase when exposed to fire,

Has both fireproof and flame retardant functions required from the Construction law, and fireproof structure of bearing wall/non-bearing wall, ceiling and floor consist of gypsum board has fireproof function until 2 hours from KS Standard Fire Test.
